| This model is specifically
designed to be easily adapted to new or existing Gear Hobbing machines. The ZEM-300 is a small, compactly designed (aprox. 55" x 51" floor space requirement) and is equipped with an integrated dual gripper pick & place station. By placing this machine next to, for example, a gear hobber ring loader, it will turn your hobbing machine into an automatic production cell. |

| BEVEL GEAR DEBURRING | KEM-200 (with 5-axis CNC) |
| The KEM-200 CNC is designed
to deburr both toe and heel gear teeth on only ONE chucking. The CNC controlled tool axis
swivels automatically to its programmed position. The KEM-200 CNC can also be equipped with a ring loader and a double gripper pick and place station. A larger version, the KEM-500 CNC is also available. |
