The Buderus Schlieftechnik and Präwema Antriebstechnik, through the collaboration within the DVS Group, have achieved yet another innovation in the area of hard machining of spure gears.

At present, hardened gears are machined in production lines by several machines thus as grinding the bore and faces and subsequent finish machining of the gear flanks.

 

The new HardFinisher® combines the complete hard machining in one machine.

 

The advantages of this complete hard finish machining process in one machine are obvious:

In the first clamping, bore and faces are finish machined. Depending on the requirements, the work pieces can be machined either by hard turning or grinding.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

With the loader both spindles are loaded and unloaded and the work pieces will be turned around.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the second set-up the Workpiece will be finished by grinding thet gear flanks.
